DAVENANT TRUSTEES

For the Church and the Commonwealth

In our mission statement, we state our commitment to “build networks of friendship and collaboration within the Reformed and evangelical world.” Over the past two and a half years, we have connected with hundreds of Christians across America (and abroad) of all ages and walks of life who share our sense of urgency about this historical moment and the church’s need to renew its witness by retrieving time-tested wisdom. Now, we want to establish a community to continue the conversation: Davenant Trustees.

We are inviting you to join a select few at the heart of our ministry, “trustees” of the heritage of Protestant wisdom who will join us in learning, in questioning, and in applying this wisdom to our challenges today.

We envision that this group of people will be at the core of this mission–young and old; scholars, pastors, and laymen; a bold cadre of visionaries who see the need for a renewal of Christian wisdom and are committed to playing their part in making it happen.

WHAT’S INVOLVED

Davenant Trustees will be members of this exceptional community, initially in an exclusive Facebook group and eventually in smaller groups in strategic locations around the country. They will help us to build strong relationships with scholars and church leaders, expose new minds to the riches of our intellectual heritage, and grow a new generation of Christians marked by this grounding. As key players in this mission, Trustees will receive:

Community

Admission to a community of conversation led by Davenant scholars and authors, discussing issues, events, books, and articles related both to historical theology and contemporary challenges facing the Church.

Advance Access

Advance opportunities to experience video, audio, and written content, as well as early notice of upcoming events

Scholarship

Exclusive access to monthly livestreams and discussions with Davenant leaders as well as partnering theologians and scholars
